The Town of Niagara has zoning, so depending on the zone your property is in will depend on the rules which may or may not apply
If you are in Shoreland/Wetland you will need to check out Marinette County’s Zoning Ordinance.

The Town of Niagara is doing a full reevaluation starting the Fall of 2025 and going well into 2026. R&R Assessing Services LLC is handling this for us. If you have this hanging on your door, contact them directly with any questions.

Wisconsin Law requires all dogs to be licensed! Dog licenses can be obtained in person from Clerk at the Town Hall.
$3.00 - License fee if dog is neutered/spayed
$8.00 - License fee if dog is intact
“Except as provided in s. 174.054, the owner of a dog more than 5 months of age on January 1 of any year, or 5 months of age within the license year, shall annually, or on or before the date the dog becomes 5 months of age, pay the dog license tax and obtain a license.” ~ WI Statute 174.07
